Dollar Dayz!

We are so excited about our new Dollar Tree in Leesburg. Yesterday we went to find some "treasures". The girls found cute lady bug and bumble bee costumes and they modeled them in the kitchen. Larlyn also found a children's cookbook that Grandma Ensor gave us. She has had the book since she was a child and Larlyn was picking out recipes to try. It was a nice way to cool off before heading to our daily hour at the pool in the evening.

We had a pretty low key 4th of July but enjoyed the annual Leesburg Parade a family barbecue and fireworks in the evening. My brother and his girls Sydney (3) and Addison (almost 2) joined us for the festivities. It was the first year in our new house and we were pleasantly surprised to discover that we had a really nice view of the Ida Lee Fireworks from our deck. Bonus that we didn't need a designated driver since we could watch everything from home.
